AP Two babies were born at a ‘magical’ time Wednesday – 12:12 p.m. on 12/12/12. Frank and Cierra Smith, of Auburn Township, Ohio, gave birth to Forever Cierra Cotrice Smith, their second child, at the Cleveland Clinic Wednesday, according to the hospital.
